People Who Cross Our Paths

I was in a meeting of sorts this morning with a prayer director of a large church. I was overjoyed to have a moment with her because I love to meet up with other women who’s heart belongs to God and their ministry is prayer. She welcomed me into her inner office and she said a couple things and I told as she inquired the “why” I was there my response was, “I want to hear your story and how you got to this ministry area of prayer. She kindly told me about her “God Journey” in ministry.People who cross our paths are very important. First we must ask “why” we meet certain people and “what” is God going to do in the lives of people who are brought together for a season. I have no answer yet concerning this prayer director – except I am inclined to pray for her daily and wait on God to do the rest. How are you doing? Are you open-minded when God brings people into your life? I am and I get very excited and most of the time pray for them first- Just remember not to ignore people around you. They are there for a purpose.

Philippians 2: 1-3

1If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, 2then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. 3Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.
